Super friendly and helpful. They are professional and know what they're doing. Just want to give them a big public "Thank You" for all their help today. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Came here to inquire about my lawnmower and the problems I’m starting to have with it. David was very helpful, he went above & beyond to help. His customer service was top notch. THANKS DAVID!

Great small biz hardware store. They hv all the essentials and hard to find things u cant get at big box. Plus their service is excellent. They really actually care about helping u find what u need. It's rare, and priceless. Went in just today for a very rare need and low and behold they had what i was looking for. It turned out to be a smaller version, so they found a larger one and it will be on the next truck. That's old school and i love it!

Came in to have a toyota key cut, and the guy who cut it was the man I needed! He took his time and displayed his skills. Even though it took him about 20 minutes, he made sure he didn't mess it up, being it was a chipped key that I purchased online. Very pleased with the time and effort he took to get it right. Nothing like good service.

Funny story. Had a tungsten/titanium wedding ring on a swollen finger injured by a cargo container door. Tried breaking it off with a vice grip but that only made it worse. The staff helped me cut it off. Amazing knowledge and accurate advice about just about any problem that can be solved with products in a hardware store. Could not recommend more strongly.

Love going here. Super helpful and a lot of good selection of tools, bolts, and hardware. One time they custom made a square bolt for me. Always friendly, even when my kids are crawling all over everything.

David and the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was able to complete my project. I only spent a few dollars over multiple trips to get small items but they treated me like their most valuable customer.

I cannot begin to describe how great of a hardware store fuller and son hardware is. Excellent selection all of the employees were extraordinarily accommodating and they even helped me test fit some bolts no charge. I will be coming back to this hardware store every time I have a chance.

We needed a pipe for a plumbing issue. There was a super nice young lady and I believe her name was Kat. She went up and above to help find a solution for us!! She is definitely an asset to your company!!

My husband found black mulch here that maintains it's color all year. We've used them for years for our spring flowerbed update. It's an older neighborhood hardware store and the service was good.
